Library Community Outreach | Family Service Regina
Library Community Outreach provides immediate, on-the-ground support for individuals in Regina who may be experiencing distress or are ready for change. This program offers accessible, low-barrier support in familiar community spaces, including local libraries.
Services are designed to support individuals facing mental health challenges, addictions, housing instability, or other barriers to essential resources. Support is rooted in dignity, respect, and compassion, meeting people where they are and without judgment.
In partnership with Regina Public Library and the mâmawêyatitân centre, Library Community Outreach offers on-site access to brief counselling, crisis support, and assistance navigating systems and services. Individuals can drop in during scheduled hours to speak with someone and receive support without needing a referral or appointment.
Whether you are seeking help for yourself or someone else, Library Community Outreach offers a safe and welcoming place to connect.
