Support After Suicide Loss | Rapid Access Counselling in Regina

April 7, 2026

We are helping individuals and families who have been impacted by suicide loss access free rapid access counselling services in Regina and across Saskatchewan. This program connects people with trained, professional counsellors who provide compassionate, confidential support during times of grief, trauma, and emotional distress.

Our counsellors are trained and experienced in supporting individuals through complex, traumatic, and deeply personal experiences. You can speak openly about your loss — even the most difficult or painful details — and be met with compassion, understanding, and professional support.

Our rapid access counselling services support individuals experiencing grief, loss, anxiety, depression, and the complex emotional impacts that can follow a loved one’s suicide attempt or death. Services are accessible, timely, and designed to provide support when it is needed most.
