Suicide Loss Counselling | Poster

Free, rapid access counselling is available in Regina and across Saskatchewan for individuals and families impacted by suicide loss. This resource provides clear information on how to connect with trained, professional counsellors quickly and confidentially.

Our counsellors are experienced in supporting people through complex, traumatic, and deeply personal experiences. You can speak openly about your loss, including the most difficult or painful parts, and be met with understanding, respect, and professional support.

Rapid access counselling offers timely, one-hour sessions available in person, by phone, or by video. This flexible approach makes it easier to connect with support quickly, without long wait times.

This 11x17 poster provides information on how to access free counselling services, including how to book a session through Counselling Connect Saskatchewan or connect with local supports.

If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, crisis services are available. You can call or text the Suicide Crisis Helpline at 9-8-8.
