Suicide Loss Counselling | Rapid Access Support

Losing someone to suicide can be overwhelming, and support should be easy to access. Free, rapid access counselling is available in Regina and across Saskatchewan to help individuals and families navigate grief and loss.

Postvention Counselling connects you with trained, professional counsellors who provide compassionate, confidential care when it is needed most.

Our counsellors are experienced in supporting people through complex, traumatic, and deeply personal experiences. You can speak openly about your loss, including the most difficult or painful parts, and be met with understanding, respect, and professional support.

Sessions are available in person, by phone, or by video. This flexible approach makes it easier to connect with support quickly, without long wait times.
