Suicide Loss Counselling in Regina | Rapid Access Support

April 7, 2026

We are helping individuals and families who have been impacted by suicide loss access free rapid access counselling services in Regina and across Saskatchewan. This program connects people with trained, professional counsellors who provide compassionate, confidential support when it is needed most.

Our counsellors are trained and experienced in supporting individuals through complex, traumatic, and deeply personal experiences. You can speak openly about your loss — even the most difficult or painful details — and be met with compassion, understanding, and professional support.

Rapid access counselling offers timely, one-hour sessions available in person, by phone, or by video. This flexible approach makes it easier to connect with support quickly, without long wait times.

This 4 x 6 double-sided card provides information on how to access free counselling services, including how to book a session through Counselling Connect Saskatchewan or connect with local support services.

If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, crisis services are available, including the Suicide Crisis Helpline by calling or texting 9-8-8.
