Mental health care in-person or from the comfort of your own home. We offer rapid access to mental health services for individuals, couples, and families. We can help with concerns such as anxiety, depression, addictions, suicidal ideation, stress, relationship conflict, separation and divorce, domestic violence, and parenting.
Tap into a large network of experienced counsellors who can help you with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, and more.

Victims Compensation Counselling
Accessing specialized trauma-informed support tailored to your needs.
If you’ve been approved for Victims Compensation benefits, you can access trauma-informed counselling services at no cost to you. These benefits fully cover the cost of counselling, allowing you to focus on your well-being without worrying about expenses.
If you have not yet applied for Victims Compensation, you may be eligible through the Ministry of Justice. While we do not administer compensation, our Intake Counsellors can provide guidance and support as you complete your application.

How is counselling offered?
In Person
For anyone living in Regina, in-person sessions are available. The availability of in-person appointments is limited and may vary on the number of available counsellors.
Video Conference
Enabling users with an internet or mobile data connection to access support from anywhere, using desktop and mobile devices. Before your appointment, your counsellor will send you an email to help you connect virtually.
Via Telephone
Our phone counselling service allows you to receive help right where you are, with a professional counsellor.
