Our New Location
Family Service Regina is relocating to a new office at 2505 11th Avenue in downtown Regina.
As our services continue to expand to meet the needs of our community, so does our need for space. Family Service Regina is moving from our Broadway Avenue office to a newly renovated location at 2505 11th Avenue. The new space has been thoughtfully designed with our clients’ needs at the forefront of every decision.
Relocating downtown also brings us closer to the community we serve. Our new office is centrally located in downtown Regina, within walking distance of major transit routes and central bus stops.
As we prepare for the transition, our services will be temporarily adjusted between April 24 and April 28, 2026 while our team packs, moves, and sets up the new space. During this time, some appointments may be modified and our office may have limited public access.
Our team is working carefully to make the transition as smooth as possible so services can continue with minimal disruption.

Morning appointments will take place as scheduled. Our office will close to the public in the afternoon as we begin our move.
April 27, 2026
Monday
Family Service Regina is closed to the public while we move to our new location.
April 28, 2026
Tuesday
Our reception desk and intake lines are open. Appointments may be limited while we continue unpacking.
April 29, 2026
Wendnesday
Family Service Regina is open to the public at our new location. All services resume as usual.
Getting to Our New Office
Parking
Paid metered parking is available along the streets adjacent to the building. Additional paid parking can be found in nearby surface lots and parkades. Availability and rates may vary depending on the time of day.
Accessible parking spaces may be available on surrounding streets. If parking is a barrier, please speak with our reception team and we will do our best to assist.
Accessibility
Our new office space was renovated with accessibility and inclusion in mind. The building includes an exterior ramp at the front entrance and an interior lift that operates similarly to an elevator. Gender-neutral washrooms are also available.
If you require assistance when arriving, our reception team will be happy to help ensure you can comfortably access the space.
Public Transit
Several Regina Transit routes service the downtown area near 11th Avenue, with bus stops located within walking distance of the building.

Appointments will continue as scheduled. If any changes are required, our team will contact you directly.

No. Our phone numbers and email contacts will remain the same.
Will services continue during the move?
Services will continue throughout the transition, although the office will be closed on April 27, 2026 as we complete our transition.

How do I get to the new office?
Our new office is located in downtown Regina, east of Albert Street on the corner of 11th Avenue and McIntyre Street.

We want our services to remain accessible to everyone. If parking costs create a barrier to attending your appointment, please speak with our receptionist.
