FSR offers free walk-in counselling sessions in Regina to support individuals, youth, and families facing life’s challenges. Our monthly walk-in counselling schedule provides accessible mental health support at multiple community locations.
Walk-in counselling is available at Regina Public Library branches, including Central, Glen Elm, Regent, and Albert locations, with a variety of daytime and evening time slots throughout the month. Sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with options to pre-book appointments online.
These sessions provide timely, single-session counselling support for concerns such as stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting support, and life transitions. Walk-in counselling is designed to help you access support quickly, without long wait times.
Appointments can be booked in advance through Counselling Connect Saskatchewan, or accessed in person during scheduled times. This service is free, confidential, and available to individuals and families across Regina.
