Children, Youth and Caregivers Counselling | Poster

We are helping children, youth, and their caregivers access free counselling services in Regina and across Saskatchewan. This program connects individuals and families with trained, professional counsellors who provide compassionate, confidential mental health support during times of stress, change, or crisis.

Our Children, Youth and Caregivers Counselling Program supports a wide range of needs, including anxiety, depression, family conflict, parenting challenges, grief, and emotional wellbeing. Services are accessible, inclusive, and designed to meet the unique needs of young people and the adults who support them.
